Ehh here at work again. When I should be elsewhere. Lately, the demeanor of our team at work seems to be a lil’ less optimistic. Well how can you have a positive outlook when all the calls keep pouring in, and your boss wanna cancel lunch on you. Who wouldn’t be grumpy? Sheesh we run a helpdesk for gawddds sakes, people will call back. I just dont understand why we have to be pressured just to meet service levels!Ridiculous!! As I said this is a helpdesk, they will always call back. I guess for some people they gotta look good while others take a slave labor. and to that I say, “Whatever the fuck!” just need to win the lotto damn it, and finish school. Then I’ll be out this bitch. That’s fo’ sho.

Finish by breakfast, now drinking tea. Seems like a perpetual plane of endless frustration up and down roller coaster emotions and its tail laziness.
